The directory contains input data for three test cases involving an
opacity table (OT):
1) g55l: an LTE model, usung full OT, for Teff=5,500 K, log g = 4.5
with convection, mixing length = 1 pressure scale height;
2) g55nres: the same model with H, Mg, CA in NLTE, starting from
g55l, and keeping the structure (T, n_e, rho) fixed;
3) g55nryb: the same model with H, Mg, Ca in NLTE, starting from
g55l, but the structure is changed as well.
In addition to the *.5 files (the standard inputs), one neeeds also
specify the opacity table names in file fort.15. There are two
files, fort.15l and fort.15n, for an LTE model with a full table (fort.15l),
and for the NLTE models with a partial table (fort.15n), that
nned to be copied to fort.15 before the execution.
The script file R1 provides a link of the opacity tables to the standard
"data" directory:
